What is the reward and when will I receive it?
The amount and type of reward (cash or gift card) varies per project and will be clearly stated when a new project is announced. Payment is always handled by Respondpartner and is typically processed within 8 business days, unless otherwise specified.

What kind of research is conducted, and how is my expertise used?
The research setup differs per project, but usually involves an online interview with researchers from our clients — either internal staff or external consultants. They gather ideas and insights to support product or service development.

What practical matters should I be aware of?
For international projects, time zone differences may apply. You may also be asked to agree to a confidentiality agreement, which is common practice. Additionally, it's important to be proficient in the language spoken during the interview. All of this will be clearly communicated in advance when a project is posted.

What if I’m unexpectedly unable to participate?
Please contact your Respondpartner representative immediately via email or phone. We will then inform the client and, if possible, arrange a new date with you. If you prefer to withdraw from participation altogether, we appreciate you letting us know as well.
